The Leonberger Club of Ireland was formed in May 2007, obtained IKC affiliation in 2010, and full membership of the International Union of Leonbergers in 2011. It was set up by Leo lovers from throughout Ireland with the aim of enjoying this special breed and to support all Leonberger enthusiasts.
